All of you guys are leaving comments about the museum... this is supposed to be for the parthenon pavilion mental health facility.
Very neat museum. I’ve always loved Roman architecture, and this building allowed me to experience it without the expensive trip. The art on the bottom two floors is mostly local, and the exhibits aren’t very big, but the top one was beautiful. Our favorite parts were the massive doors and the huge statue of Athena covered in gold. Beautiful.
This was NOT what I expected, but the oil paintings and bronze doors were fabulous. Not much in the way of museum history or as an educational experience, but the quality and exhibition of the oil paintings was delightful. The Athena statute was dusty and unkempt. It looked like it hadn’t been maintained in several years. Cobwebs were under the breasts of several statues which became a running joke with the younger kids. It’s only $6 adult admission, so it’s a nice curiosity to add to your day. The park is very pretty, but could use some updating to improve the gardens. It’s looks heavily used, and very popular with dogs.
One of my favorite places in Nashville-the museum is wonderful seeing all the artwork and the statue the way the light hits is so beautiful. A walk around the lake and stop in the gardens- what an enchanting place to go visit!
It was alright they just need to be quicker I have server asthma had to wait 12 min for a treatment that's to long but other then that it was cool thanks!
I was just updating for some information about this facility, and was shocked to see the reviews. I found this place to be of some help. I took in all the info. and advice I could. The cafeteria food was very decent I thought. our course breakfast and lunch was better than dinner, but no complaints there. This gave me a start in the right place. That's my opinion.
There is hardly any wait time and parking is great. The nurses are always very sweet and patient. I wont go to any other hospital. I've received better care here than at Saint thomas and Vanderbilt.
One of the best doctors I've ever known
I have been there so many times I've lost count. They have Always treated me with the respect a psych patient needs. I have had to switch doctors once or twice because he was not as concerned as he should be for my Overall health once I leave the hospital. I think it's the best one there is with Rolling Hills coming in a very close second. Thank you to ALL employees of parthenon pavilion !!!
This place has been more helpful than any place I have been... The classes sick and not helpful unless you have drug or alcohol problem.
I am very impressed with the care I got from The Parthenon. The nurses were great. I felt that they gave me the treatment and care that I needed. And the food is good too.
